The Neapolitan ragù is one rich and delicious meat sauce from Naples that often evokes fond memories of Sunday family gatherings.  Traditionally simmered for hours, this Italian staple takes time and love to make, with various meats prepared in different ways before cooking in a rich tomato sauce.  This dish perhaps best encapsulates the spirit of Italian cooking better than any other.

• 2 classes available on a Sunday - Regular and Afternoon class:
  > Regular Class is from 11am to 2pm;
  > Afternoon Class is from 2:30pm to 5:30pm.

• A recipe card, chef’s apron, ingredients and all equipment will be supplied.

• Take home with you the delicious Neapolitan ragù and pasta dough you prepared during class.

It’s a 1-day class featuring this traditional ragù. The class will cover everything you need to know to create this wonderful sauce: from the ingredients, to the equipment used and to the step-by-step procedure.

We will also teach you how to make pasta – from scratch!  It’s a hands-on class with a demonstration in making 2 types of pasta especially conducted by our chef.
