Curated by Head Chef Mike & Team, every dish is built the artisanal way: fresh dough rolled daily, sauces patiently reduced, and finishing touches that make each bite feel like home—whether it’s a rich ragù, a warming seafood stew, or a tableside classic worth sharing.
